Who doesn't love Pasta?!
In this beginner, Junior Chef 101 cooking class, young chefs will learn the basic of pasta.
Starting with boiling pasta in week 1, we will make Totally Tofu Piccata + Herbed Pasta Bundles .
Then in week 2, we will learn simple ravioli and make Amazing Artichoke Ravioli + Luscious Lemon Cream Sauce.
In week 3, we will explore a new ravioli, sweet ravioli and make Crisp Mezzelune Strawberry Ravioli + Whipped Sweet Ricotta.
